Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, operating systems and software
- Monitoring system performance and carrying out regular backups and updates.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Network administration - installing, configuring and maintaining network hardware and software.
- Monitoring network performance and performing regular maintenance.
- Implementing and managing security measures to protect the network.
Profile
- Completed training or studies in the IT sector.
- First professional experience in first level support and/or network administration.
- Strong communication skills and customer-orientation.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Business fluent in English and Chinese is mandatory
